"i'm positivvely sure,"i took off my shoes and clothes,then dived underneath,deep into the marsh swamp.after awhile,we spotted what we wanted,i rose,took a deep breath and then dive down again,quickly,i hualed up the chest."this is it,it's true,the rumours,their true!"tom shouted in delight.it did not take long for me to break the lock which is covered in moss,we both opened the chest and peeped inside,then a shadowy figure appeared,i turned around,just in time to see someone trying to stab me with a knife,i ducked instinctively."tom!look out!behind you!"i was frightened,i did'nt know what to do.then the man ran towards me,still holding the knife,petrified,i fought back,so the rumours were true,someone had stolen the antiques and have thrown it into the pond,and now,he is here to retrieved what was his.the man swung his knife at me,i ducked out of the way,but the knife had made contact with my arm,it was not very pain,but it had drawn blood.acting on instincts,tom made a call for the police....
